UK Casino Withdrawal Rules: What Can Be Held, and What Cannot

Ask the operator what is outstanding, in writing, and keep the reply. If nothing is outstanding and the hold continues, say that you intend to refer the matter to the operator’s approved alternative dispute resolution body — which is named in its terms — and then do it.
